Bill Mode and Pilot Bill Credits

Bill Mode is a forecasting pilot based on information you self-report. Pilot Bill Credits are non-cash points, have no monetary value, do not reduce or pay an electricity bill, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged. “Future Bill Protection” is a product preview only: it creates no payment, insurance, coverage, hedge, or position.

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Parabola, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service where you live. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

No financial or trading advice

Forecasts, market distributions, scores, quotes, payouts, and other information in the pilot are provided for testing and research. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice and should not be relied on for real-world transactions.

Accounts and wallets

You are responsible for your account, devices, linked wallet, and authentication methods. Never share a seed phrase or private key with Parabola. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or linked wallet has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate pilot results, evade limits, impersonate another person, violate applicable law, or use automated methods that materially burden the service without permission.

Pilot operation and changes

Parabola may modify markets, challenge cycles, balances, limits, scoring, availability, data sources, or pilot functionality; halt or correct an instrument or self-reported outcome; reverse erroneous credited entries; or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, integrity, compliance, or operations. Historical, simulated, and self-reported data may be incomplete, delayed, revised, or inaccurate.

Third-party services and public records

The pilot uses third-party services such as Privy, Solana devnet infrastructure, wallet software, hosting providers, and data services. Their separate terms may apply. Solana devnet records are public and may remain available independently of Parabola.

Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains the information we process, retention, security, and how to request access to or deletion of eligible account data.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The pilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free forecasts, accurate market data, or any particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parabola is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the credited pilot.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Parabola at any time. Parabola may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated or when necessary to protect users, the service, or pilot integrity. Account-data requests may be sent to the contact below; public blockchain records cannot be deleted.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the pilot changes. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date or other reasonable notice. Questions, account requests, or concerns may be sent to founders@parabolamarkets.xyz.
